If you think that the opportunities in real estate are over, you are listening to the wrong people! This exciting update to our previous real estate workshop will open your eyes to some fantastic concepts in real estate investing.

  • What is a 401(k)abin, and how can I get one?  401(k) contributions are tax deductible; mortgage interest on a second home is tax deductible. Same net effect on your bottom line. Hmmm. Lynn stopped contributing to a conventional 401(k) plan 5 years ago, and rerouted that money when she and her husband bought their lake cabin in northern Wisconsin. It sure is a lot more fun than reading a 401(k) statement on the weekend!
  • How can real estate help me pay for my kid’s college? Your primary residence, and rental properties are great college planning strategies: Lynn's son has managed a college rental for years that is still helping him pay for his education (right now that means law school). • Does it make sense to invest in real estate in other states?
Absolutely! Real estate markets tend to rise and fall regionally. No
need to move. By attending our workshop, you’ll be up to speed on where the good areas to buy are right now, and how to manage an
    out of state property.
  • How about international real estate? Lynn has contacts in Mexico,
The Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica (where Lynn and her husband
    own property
    ). Now we’re talking fun!!
