Lynn Rogers entered the mortgage industry in 1992, teaming with American Mortgage Corporation in 2000. In March of 2009, American Mortgage Corporation merged with River City Mortgage & Financial, LLC to become one of the Twin Cities largest independent mortgage companies. Based in Edina, Minnesota, her highly skilled team of seasoned professionals helps Lynn with the flagship of her business: her one-on-one consultations, as well as her workshops covering a variety of timely topics.

Having analyzed thousands and thousands of loan applications, along with drawing on her own personal experience as a self-employed business owner, single mom, self-taught numbers geek, and real estate investor, Lynn believes that there is such a thing as "good debt" and that there are powerful, conservative ways to manage that debt. Educating her clients is a key to Lynn's business success; guiding her clients in what she believes is a safer way to own a home.
